Not A Great Post

I just don't have a whole lot tonight. I had a bad trip to the dentist. Have to get a crown because the tooth around a big filling has started to chip away and then I have two very small cavities. Even after what's left of my insurance, I still will have to cover a little more than $600 so I'm not very excited about that. Just really wasn't a good day today on many fronts. My eating has still been good today although not 100% strong. Of course, the worst thing I ate was a couple of handfuls of Special K cereal so it's not like I've gone crazy. Just a struggling kind of day but still holding strong.
