Slow Yet Busy Week

I'm waiting for my vacation but I've had so much to do this week at work. It'll be nice to have some time off but I need to get my stuff done so that I can really relax. I think there will be one thing I might have to bring home and work a little bit over the holiday but that's okay.

I think I might get my new mattress tomorrow or Friday. Something broke in the one I have so I'm able to get a replacement because of the warranty. It's supposed to be delivered to the store tomorrow so I'm hoping for it. I'll be able to put on the flannel sheets to help keep me snug over the winter.

Weight loss is still going well and I'm eating well. Next week will be a big week since it's the holidays but I'm going to just take it slow and eat some smaller portions so I don't eat too much. I'm looking forward to the turkey though and some scalloped corn.

Maybe we can figure out a way to help each other through the upcoming holidays here. I'm sort of dreading it.

Jason, whatever you need man. I'm feeling really good about things and if you need anything, just let me know. Just stay strong and exercise everything you've learned over the past year. Portion control and staying away from some things that might be bad triggers for you. I think that portion control for me is the HUGE thing and what I'm really focusing on. Am I going to have stuffing, scalloped corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a piece of pumpkin pie...you're dang right! I'm just going to eat more like a normal sized person and try to keep it all much smaller servings.

Whatever you need though buddy. By the way, I've heard good things that you're skinny from HM people that saw you at the conference! You're doing great man, proud of ya and keep it up. I know you can be successful with this over the holidays!
