I weighed in this morning and lost another 4.6 pounds to have now lost a total of 58.0 pounds in 12 weeks. Woo-hoo! Hopefully next week I can be over 60 pounds lost. That would be pretty nice. With going back to the gym and working out, I'm hoping that the 4-5 pounds lost a week might continue. We'll see. I'll be happy with anything truthfully but if the slightly larger numbers can continue for a few weeks, it would definitely be a boost.
