It's been a really good weekend. I've gotten my protein percentage up this week and my carbs down so that was good for the week. We'll see how it does tomorrow during the weigh-in. I rode the bike this morning and worked out a little more this afternoon which was followed by a nice hour-long nap.
I'll be riding the bike a little more tonight watching the Cowboys-Bengals preseason game. Aaaaahhhhh....the first preseason game of the year. That just means we are getting very, very close to the open of the NFL season. Only 5 weeks away from the first Sunday of football.
