Not much to say about today. I did well with the eating and did a couple of laps around the building with Teresa at lunch. After going to the visitation for Bradley Allison, got home and had a lean hamburger with no bun, a slice of cheese and some awesome Chipotle Salsa on it. Had that along with 2 ears of corn on the cob. The ground beef tasted really good. I made it up on the George Foreman grill and for some reason it was just very tasty.
Just not a lot to say today. It's been a hard couple of days because I know my friend Leaan is in pain. I hope she realizes how many people love her and that we're all here for her. It's no replacement for what she's lost but we'll do the best we can.
